ADP is hiring a Manager, Application Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product development team of 10‑12 members, including programmers, technical leads, and a scrum master.
• Oversee a Tier 3 support team composed of subject matter experts, developers, and business analysts.
• Ensure the effective execution of product development initiatives with a focus on quality, security, and resilience.
• Provide people leadership, fostering team engagement, conducting periodic engagement and performance pulses, and managing compensation planning.
• Set clear performance expectations for team members, ensure they have necessary resources, monitor performance, reward achievements, and address underperformance through regular check‑ins and formal evaluations.
