Roles and Responsibilities:<br/>1.Coordinating the recruiting process and maintaining detailed record-keeping.<br/>2.Processing applicants through a screening funnel.<br/>3.Contacting HR representatives of different companies to gather additional details.<br/>4.Assisting and driving a full-cycle recruitment process.<br/>5.Conducting telephonic interviews and participating in the sourcing and screening of candidates.<br/>Requirements:<br/>1.Excellent communication skills.<br/>2.Goal-oriented mindset.<br/>3.Understanding of profit and loss.<br/>Qualification and Experience:<br/>1.Graduation from any stream is compulsory.<br/>2.Should have a prior experience of 1-6months.
