Job Summary:

Performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Performs all required procedures in the department while operating specialized equipment. Acts as a competent clinician who provides clinical care in a skilled and effective manner, utilizing appropriate technical and decision-making skills.


Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Required
  • Experience as a Mammography Technologist: Preferred

    • Licenses/Certifications:

  • Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License: Required in OR: Required in OR
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists †Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists †Mammography (ARRT-M): Required in OR, Preferred in CA and HI
  • Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Requi...
