Maintenance Technician/Multi skilled Technician

Primary Responsibilities: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery. Oversee the overall condition of facilities (electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems) and ensure proper maintenance, including both interior and exterior areas. Install and configure new equipment. Track and report departmental KPIs. Perform maintenance on doors and loading ramps. Perform maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers. Detect and resolve equipment failures quickly and effectively. Maintain records of maintenance activities, replaced parts, and repair times. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs. Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools. Develop and manage the maintenance budget. Request and evaluate quotes when necessary. Propose technical improvements to optimize processes and reduce downtime and/or costs. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations. Enforce safety standards and 5S practices.
