As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and breakdown maintenance on equipment, as well as responsible for keeping the facilities running and in compliance with all rules and regulations.

• Develop a maintenance plan timeline with includes all facility equipment, instructions, and tasks.
