A 4* hotel with 90 rooms seeks an experienced hotel maintenance manager meeting the following specific requirements:

• Trade qualification
• Proven track record as Maintenance Manager in a hotel or lodge with over 45 rooms
• Hands‑on manager, with experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Stable track record
• Driver’s licence
