Job Responsibilities
- Comply with established home policies, practices, and standards regarding resident safety.

- To contribute to the development of departmental philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- To adhere to Home and departmental policies and procedures.
- To appraise employees, report their effectiveness and make recommendations to the District Manager.
- To understand and respect the responsibilities of associates in the Home and to support them wherever possible in the achievement of their objectives.
