Maintenance Manager - Chemical

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance and Reliability Team at a prime coastal location. This key role is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of plant operations through strategic maintenance leadership and asset integrity management.
Responsibilities: --Develop and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
--Oversee the execution of maintenance tasks, reliability projects, and monitor asset performance metrics.
