Qualification

• DAE / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, facility management, or industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors.
