Position Summary

The Feedmill Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and utilities of BMP-Leyte. The role supports 24‑hour feedmill operations by implementing robust preventive and predictive maintenance systems, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring optimal performance of critical machinery including grinding, mixing, pelleting, and utility systems. The position also plays a key role in plant expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Maintenance Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for all production and utility equipment.
