Work Schedule & Training (100% Onsite):
- Initial Training: Candidates will start on a standard 8hrs/5days schedule.
- Secondary Training Phase: Will transition to 10-hour shifts.
- Final Rotation (after approx. 3 months): Once fully trained, the candidate will move to a 12-hour 4/3–3/4 rotating schedule.
- Shift Rotation: Candidates must be comfortable rotating between day and night shifts every 8–10
