We’re looking to recruit a Mains Laying Team Leader to join us working on Thames Water framework, leading a team delivering clean water mains laying and renewal works. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading from the front, and taking pride in safe, high-quality delivery.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily activities, setting your team up for success, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with Thames Water and Clancy standards.
