Summary

As a Mail Services Associate, you will manage all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus, ensuring efficient handling of deliveries, shipments, and communication support.



Responsibilities

• Audit delivered items against delivery invoices


• Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections; check for contraband


• Ensure packages are delivered same day or notify consignee of next-day arrival


• Distribute mail, packages, copy products, and stationery per daily schedule
