Madrid - Workday Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Workday implementations aligned with Workday methodology and define scope, governance structure, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure coordination between functional, integrations, reporting, and technical streams.
• Own project financials (budget, burn rate, forecast, margin), ensure delivery within estimated hours, proactively manage change requests, monitor time reporting accuracy and effort consumption by module/workstream.
• Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, maintain structured escalation paths, and ensure transparency with client and internal leadership.
• Lead steering committees and executive governance forums, provide concise, structured, data‑driven reporting, and align across workstreams to prevent siloed delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional Workday teams, define ownership, deadlines, and accountability, foster collaboration and delivery discipline.
