+ Operate and monitor forming and extrusion machines
+ Manage the full production process from raw material to finished product
+ Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
+ Perform routine quality checks using calipers and micrometers
+ Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
+ Assist with machine changeovers and basic setup tasks
