Facilities Technician

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hours: Shift Rotation (7am – 7pm; 7pm – 7am; 4 days working 2 days off)

Objective

Successful candidates will be based at our client accounts and will provide support to our corporate clients’ business needs.

Accountabilities

• Assists the Facilities Manager/Coordinator in providing facilities support and service to Client in their own designated role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform weekly facilities inspection.
• Withdraw job requests from OVSC (job request system) and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.
• Assist FC/client representative in preparing for planned maintenance in CMMS system (prepare permit‑to‑work, supervise planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during the work, and escape if needed).
