LVN / LPN/Outpatient Clinic

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience: 2 years in an Outpatient setting
-CA LVN
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal
-Special Requirements: Phlebotomy and IV start skills

JOB DETAILS:
-Weekend REQ: 1 weekend per month
-Floating REQ: Yes
-On-Call REQ: No
-Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
-NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
