Lung Transplant Surgeon

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Lung Transplant Surgeon with the Norton Thoracic Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, you will help patients receive life-saving lung transplant procedures and comprehensive post-operative care so they can experience improved quality of life.

In this role, you will perform complex lung transplant surgeries and contribute to the growth and excellence of the Norton Thoracic Institute. You will be expected to apply broad surgical training and expertise, potentially manage ECMO, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and uphold the mission and values of CommonSpirit Health.

To be successful in this role, you must possess an MD or DO degree, be eligible for Arizona medical licensure, have broad surgical training and experience in lung transplantation (ECMO desirable, new graduates considered), and align with our values for superb clinical care.
