Loyalty Partnerships & Ecosystem Lead

Singtel Group is actively seeking a Manager for Loyalty Partnerships & Ecosystem in Singapore. In this role, you will lead Singtel’s SMB loyalty programme, driving customer engagement and retention through AI and data-driven initiatives.

You will also work on shaping partnerships that enhance customer value and contribute to business growth. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate across various teams and support strategic partnerships like yuu and Singtel UOB.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, along with 4–7 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships or loyalty marketing.
