Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows), Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Build responsive canvas and model-driven apps, integrating with Microsoft 365 and third‑party systems to streamline end-to-end processes.
- Configure and maintain integrations via APIs and RPA to support end-to-end business process automation, including authentication and error‑handling.
- Implement secure development practices and manage user access controls in line with IT security, data privacy, and governance policies.
