The Logistics & Service Specialist is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing HDT products including generators, shelters, and air conditioning units. Also explains discovered mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers. The ideal candidate will live within 30 miles of our demo facility located at 1760 W. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona 85745,
Primary and Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs corrective repairs on all HDT products
- Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing various types of HVAC Systems and Generators
- First line of contact for all technical questions and requirements from customers and Sales Representatives
