Logistics Coordinator

As Ecosa's Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure seamless and timely customer order fulfillment, supporting the end-to-end supply chain across warehouses, 3PL partners, and carriers. This role is responsible for executing daily operations, maintaining shipment visibility, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement within the operation. We are seeking a practical, accountable, and proactive individual who anticipates challenges, takes action early, and contributes to improving how we operate every day.

This is an execution-focused role that supports the delivery of our supply chain operations. Performance in this role is measured against a defined logistics scorecard (Appendix A), which is reviewed on a weekly basis.
