Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

• The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in executing business for DLX customers by partnering with the Customer Account Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure the customers’ needs are being met.  Using Chaine and other technological solutions to ensure orders are tracked, appointments scheduled, and shipments managed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Tracks and traces shipments to ensure customer shipments are picked and delivered in a timely manner Communicates shipment updates to deliver a positive customer experience Responds promptly to customer inquiries Makes informed decisions and provides quality shipment updates Use out technology to gain efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to persuade and negotiate Ability to work as a team with Account Managers and Carrier Sales Representatives Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent...
