Logistic Operations Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities – Design and implementation of the optimized distribution solutions.

• Support AOS maturity development by providing inputs.

2. Coordinate & monitor Logistics activities.

• Attend logistics SQCDP meetings.
• Escalate issues impacting Logistics and/or Production activities.
• Collect new needs from other functions & inform Production about Logistics impacts.
• Understand and analyze KPI’s to anticipate issues and improve distribution flow from HUB to Point of Use.

3. Adapt Distribution solutions & ensure data management.

• Distribution solutions adaptations if manageable at his/her level (physical & information flows).
• Ensure maintenance & creation of logistics data, flow cartography & inform impacted functions.
• Provide advice and assistance to the shop floor in order to upskill them on physical flows...
