Lodge Receptionist & Management Support

A luxury private game reserve in the Overberg region is seeking an experienced and guest-focused candidate to join their team in a hands‑on, live‑in role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of lodge life, takes pride in delivering a high standard of guest service, and can work together to support both the field guiding and front‑of‑house operations of a private reserve environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Duties

• Manage reservations, booking enquiries, and confirmations
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Liaise with travel agents and tour operators
• Assist with check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest requests
• Support hosting and guest relations when required
• Handle general administration, record keeping, and reporting
