Job Responsibilities

LMS Operations and Administration

• Manage day-to-day LMS operations
• Ensure system availability, performance, and user accessibility
• Monitor and troubleshoot LMS-related issues and isolate and resolve issues as needed
• Create, and organize learning content (SCORM, videos, modules)
• Ensure content is correctly assigned to relevant users/groups
