As a
LiveDesigner, you will report to the Live Producer and be responsible for designing and managing live events and offers while maintaining game balance mechanics across our mobile games. Prior to applying, a work permit for Spain is required.
Your Core Responsibilities
Plan and follow the game‑balancing mechanics across our Hungry Shark brand.
Plan and set up in‑game offers and in‑game events.
Understand and follow the KPIs to be optimized for each game and construct the balancing accordingly.
Follow and analyze multiple A/B tests to make data‑driven decisions.
Build and constantly update a balancing ‘Best practice’ module for our future games.
