Overview
- Analyze and chart observations of the patient's condition at every early morning.
- Complete examination tasks, including reviewing medicine and vital signs.
- Administer physician-prescribed drugs.
- Gown or dress wounds and monitor the recovery progress.
- Provide education to individuals and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
- Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and others involved in the patient's treatment plan.
- Maintain patient comfort with palliative care.
- Advise on devices or gadgets that might improve the patient's quality of life.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in home care.
- Solid communication abilities.
