We are seeking a compassionate and reliable HHA/PCA or Companion to provide dedicated live-in support for a patient with ALS.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with daily living activities and personal care

• Companionship and emotional support

• Safe use of stair lift for mobility

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Monitoring comfort and well-being
