Litigation manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Manager & Contract Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in litigation management and contract drafting. Based in Mumbai, this role will manage high-stakes litigation, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and provide strategic legal support to minimize risk and enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end litigation, including strategy, filings, negotiations, settlements, and court appearances
Liaise with police, courts, lawyers, and legal stakeholders to gather evidence and drive case progress
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
Advise internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
Conduct investigations and extract critical information from all relevant sources
Coordinate with external counsel and monitor litigation progress
