Linux Administrator, SQL (Hybrid - Madrid)

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Linux Administrator with SQL experience to join our Digital Banking Technology team.

Location

Hybrid position in Madrid: 3 days at client's office (Sol area, next to the underground).

Key Responsibilities

• Incident & Problem Management: Lead Level 3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex incidents; drive preventive actions.
• Production Coordination: Coordinate with Release Managers on deployment plans, dependencies, and production cutover.
• Monitoring & Observability: Utilize tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to proactively monitor services and perform log-metric-trace correlation for rapid issue isolation.
• Cross‑Platform Operations: Support hybrid Windows Server and Linux (RHEL) environments, managing logs, certificates, services, firewalls, permissions.
