As a Line Cook at Petula’s, you are in the heat of the action. Whether you’re manning the pizza oven, the grill, or the sauté station, you’ll be responsible for executing our menu with speed and soul. You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure every dish—from the Tavern Burger to the Gnocchi—hits the table looking and tasting incredible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Execution: Cook and plate menu items to exact specifications in a fast-paced environment.

  • Station Ownership: Set up and break down your station (Grill, Sauté, Pizza, or Garde Manger) and ensure it is stocked for service.

  • Timing & Coordination: Communicate effectively with the expo and teammates to ensure all items for a table come out together.

  • Consistency: Maintain flavor profiles and presentation standards even during peak rush hours.
