工作內容

· BS/MS degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. · 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical system reliability, PCB/chip testing, and durability testing. · Experience in developing reliability and durability test setups, including environmental, mechanical, and electrical stress testing, is highly preferred.· Experience in working with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of test setup as per customer’s specifications and standards.· Conduct root cause analysis reviews with teams and customers and facilitate a corrective action program.· Good written and verbal communication as well as organization and documentation skills.· High sense of urgency and strong ownership, be proactive, and work independently.
