Responsibilities:
Oversight entire Life and Health product portfolio for timeline and resources planning Lead the Life and Health Product Project team to execute all the project tasks towards strategic roadmap according to agreed estimates Act as coach / mentor towards teammates with on the job training to develop and uplift project management skillset Team management including assignment, prioritization, delegation and supervision on tasks and deliverables in good quality Monitor and keep track division’s overall project cost including IT and external cost Initiate and perform process re-engineering / standardization to uplift productivity and output quality Perform project tasks complying all the internal and external governance standards as key driver for the division Liaise with department heads for resources nomination and prioritization Dual role as Product Owner (PO) under fix...
