Collaborate with GP and pharmacists to provide care for an independent living home
Communicating any unmet needs and concerns to the clinical pharmacist
Support in the administration of medications, including oral, subcutaneous and some topical medications in accordance with pharmaceutical policies and procedures.
Head to toe assessments to assess therapy and detect unmet needs
Vitals monitoring including BP, HR, RR, etc.
Deliver patient/caregiver communication in Korean as needed.
What you must have:
Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of British Columbia
Ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to work independently, and as a member of a team
Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, service skills
