Licensed Customs Broker

Our well-respected global client is hiring a hands-on LCB to manage air and ocean import and export brokerage activities.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
Create, gather and process all required documentation for import and export shipments.
Guide customers on taxes, duties, bonds, insurance, tariffs, restrictions, fees, etc.
Ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations of all countries and agencies involved.
Communicate with US Customs and other government agencies for swift release of cargo.
Arrange deliveries to exam sites, warehouse, or final destination as needed. 
Manage department finances, analyze data, and drive growth. 
Conduct audits, address errors, recommend improvements, and amend SOPs as needed.
Stay current with industry updates, regulations, publications, and events.
