Legal Operations Business Analyst

We are seeking a Legal Operations Business Analyst for our client to serve as the technical configuration expert for Ironclad, designing the workflow lifecycle and ensuring seamless contract generation and tracking.

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation and management of Legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Luminance), enterprise AI tools within Google, Atlassian suite, along with embedded AI solutions in Legal tools. Will also be facilitating deep-dive sessions with our legal team to translate complex contracting and AI use cases into documented technical specifications and functional workflow logic.
