Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance matters
• Support corporate governance and board secretarial functions
• Research legal issues and provide recommendations
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal experience in financial services or fintech
• Knowledge of EU financial regulations, AML, and data protection
