We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel on a freelance/part-time basis to support our legal needs within the renewables and energy sector. The ideal candidate will provide pragmatic, commercially sound legal advice while ensuring compliance with relevant common law jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, supply agreements, and service contracts
- Advise on regulatory matters, project structuring, and risk mitigation strategies
