The primary focus is the coordination of the full-cycle leave of absence process in accordance with applicable company policies, and state and federal regulations, while ensuring compliance with FMLA and ADA rules and regulations. Coordination includes initial employee contact to Return-to-Work or termination. Work with peers to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and tasks. Partners with HR Generalists, HR Benefits, and HR Payroll to ensure benefit and payroll coordination are maintained and processed accurately.
