Leasing Agent

Location: 123 W. Imperial Ave. (On-site)  
Compensation: Hourly Rate + Commission/bonus opportunities  
Schedule: 40 hours/week; must be flexible, including weekends

As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first impression of the FLATS brand. You’ll guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey—from initial inquiry to move-in—while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is motivated by building relationships and closing deals.
