Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of existing and new training applications to meet the functional business requirements and operational needs of the organization.
- Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site‑wide training initiatives and drive campaign‑specific training programs for Team Leaders and teammates.
- Create and maintain materials that maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
- Pioneer all campaign‑specific training needs and programs within the organization.
- Develop and execute detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation for Team Leader and teammate development.
- Provide campaign‑specific training that is technical yet engaging.
- Act as the in‑house expert by maintaining all relevant training materials and documents for all trainee levels, from new teammates to tenured leaders.
