Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skill gaps.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees and leaders.
- Partner with operations to align learning with business goals.
- Provide post-training feedback, coaching, and reinforcement.
- Support leadership development and succession initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven L&D/Training experience in BPO/shared services.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and operational knowledge.
- Experience in leadership development and post-training evaluation.
Work Setup
- Onsite, with occasional hybrid/virtual facilitation.
