The Learning Delivery Associate is responsible for facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions that support employee development and align with business goals, delivering both virtual and in-person learning while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and measurable performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training (virtual and in‑person) across onboarding, systems, soft‑skills, and leadership topics.
• Support end‑to‑end program deployment, including scheduling, coordination, and learner communications.
• Adapt delivery based on participant engagement, feedback, and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Provide post‑training coaching and reinforcement as needed.
