They collaborate with Learning and Development team members to develop engaging learning materials and ensure smooth execution of programs, workshops, courses, and online learning experiences. The role involves managing classroom logistics, providing participant support, tracking participation, utilizing learning management systems, and analyzing feedback to improve program effectiveness. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities help the coordinator create a seamless and impactful learning environment.
