The Learning and Development Manageris responsible foroverseeing the Payroll OperationsL&D functions. This roleis responsible forstaff planning, coaching, hiring, training, developing, andprovidingdirect supervision ofday-to-dayfunctions and workload management. This role must ensuretheaccurateand dependable delivery of trainingacrossalloperations,as well asmanagecontent development and ongoing support.
