Lean Improvement Lead - Process & Training

ZF Group is looking for a LEAN Promotion Officer for its Alfaro site in La Rioja, Spain. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing LEAN manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, driving continuous improvement, conducting training workshops, and networking with international specialists.

The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree, prior experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of LEAN tools. Proficiency in English and a willingness to travel are essential.
