Leading Heavy Civil Structural Engineer, for COWI in North America

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for structural engineering on infrastructure projects, overseeing their delivery to ensure they are completed to the required quality standards and on the agreed time and budget.
• Perform structural engineering work for all design phases, including concept, basic, and detailed engineering for different types of projects (inspection and maintenance, repair, expansion, new installations, and construction, etc.).
• Conduct field work, site inspections, and provide engineering support during construction.
• Perform Engineer of Record duties as required.
• Prepare proposals, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary groups within COWI to develop and deliver integrated projects.
• Maintain effective relationships with key clients to support growth.
