Lead Security Technician
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Direct Hire, Permanent
- Midland/Lubbock/Odessa
- Very much a field position. Installation and programming of security systems - (Avigilon, Genetec, etc.)
- Hourly pay w/ OT | Expect ~50 hour work weeks
- Driving to jobsites, 1-3 hours any given day | Company vehicle provided
- Guide/mentor junior Techs
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assisting with building project schedules.
- Managing on-site quality to ensure that project standards are met.
- Overseeing on-site resources, including subcontractors.
- Identifying and escalating project issues promptly.
- Identifying and obtaining change orders as necessary.
- Assisting with technical installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.
- Interfacing on-site with General Contracto...
