Lead Resource Specialist

Duration: 6m (Contract-to-Hire)

Compensation: $45 - 50/hr W2 

Location: Remote (Must live on the East Coast) 



This role will focus on workforce planning, consultant staffing, bench management, and staffing analytics across a fast-paced consulting environment.



Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing and resource allocation across a large Data & AI consulting group


• Analyze consultant availability, project demand, and staffing priorities


• Support bench management, consultant engagement, and training coordination


• Build and maintain staffing dashboards, reporting, and workforce insights


• Partner with consulting leaders and operations teams on staffing strategy
